Privacy Policy

DittoClip does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your clipboard history is stored exclusively in a local database on your Macand never leaves your device. The app has no analytics and no telemetry; the only network connection it makes is to Apple's App Store, to check the status of your subscription.

Items flagged as confidential by password managers (per the nspasteboard.org conventions) are never recorded.

Auto-paste is optional. If you turn it on, DittoClip uses the macOS Accessibility permission solely to send a ⌘V keystroke to the app you are using. It never reads the contents of other apps, and it is disabled while macOS reports a secure input field (such as a password field).

Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple; we receive no personal information about you.
